After different planning and engineering firms submitted Statement for Qualifications, in the Spring of 2022 the City of Brentwood chose local firm, ESP Associates, to conduct the master planning process for Windy Hill Park. The master planning process will undergo different phases described in the project time line below.

Project Timeline

Site Visit

Information is gathered and evaluated a visit in an official capacity to examine a site to determine its suitability for based on the current conditions of the site

Community Engagement

Meetings with the surrounding neighborhoods and city residents will take place to gather public input on the project.

Master Plan Design

A plan is created based on the collected information gathered from the site visit and public meetings

Project Budget

A budget is put together to determine how much the project is going to cost

Project Presentation

A presentation is presented to the public to show the future plans for Windy Hill Park
